2025 Taiwan Beats Industry Event feat. Vagabond Festival & Fireball Fest.

Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) will host an international industry event in Taiwan at two festivals: 

1. Vagabond Festival 2025 (Oct. 17-19, Tainan, Taiwan), which is held annually in Taiwan since 2019, focusing on promoting indie music, environmental consciousness, and local culture.
2. Fireball Fest. 2025 (Nov. 22-23, Taoyuan, Taiwan), which was launched by Taiwanese Punk icons Fire EX. in 2017 and has rapidly become one of Taiwan’s most beloved rock festivals.

We would like to invite music industry professionals worldwide to participate in these events, providing an exclusive opportunity for delegates to meet Taiwanese acts, to build connections with the Taiwanese music industry, and to experience the local music scene.

TAIWAN BEATS Industry Event will bring together international delegates, Taiwanese artists, and their management teams, creating opportunities to meet, exchange ideas, and strengthen mutual relationships. 

About Vagabond Festival

Vagabond Festival is an annual music festival in Taiwan, established in 2019 to promote indie music, sustainability, and local culture. As one of Taiwan’s largest music events, it has become a key platform for emerging bands in the post-pandemic era.

Over three days, the festival attracts more than 100,000 attendees. In the past three years, it has hosted nearly 40 international artists from almost 10 countries, including the UK, Australia, Japan, France, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Indonesia.

This year, Vagabond has also launched a cross-border audition in collaboration with SYNCHRONICITY, a renowned music festival in Shibuya, Japan.

The 2025 edition will take place from October 17th to 19th in Tainan, promising three days of inspiring performances and vibrant cultural exchange.

About Fireball Fest.

Launched by Taiwanese Punk icons Fire EX. in 2017, FIREBALL Fest. has rapidly become one of Taiwan’s most beloved rock festivals. After a pandemic hiatus, the festival roared back in 2023 and reached a new milestone in 2024 with a sold-out crowd of over 35,000 across two days. Held at the Rakuten Taoyuan Baseball Stadium, the event combines top-tier rock, punk, and indie acts from around the world with immersive stage design, interactive installations, and a fully cashless, RFID-enabled experience. With Fire EX. leading both curation and performance, FIREBALL Fest. continues to build its “ROCKIN’ WONDERLAND,” earning its reputation as the “Disneyland of Taiwan’s music festivals.”

   1. Vagabond Festival 2025: Oct. 16th to Oct.20th in Tainan, Taiwan. 
   2. Fireball Fest. 2025: Nov 21 to 24 in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
3. What’s Covered: round-trip economy class airfare (payable via invoice after the event), accommodation and some meals
4. Business Program:
   1. 1-on-1 matchmaking meetings
   2. Dedicated festival tours
   3. Networking opportunities
5. Delegates should reserve at least 5 meetings with Taiwanese artists/teams for business discussions.

Marketing Incentive to promote Taiwanese Artists

To enhance the international presence of Taiwanese music artists, TAICCA provides marketing support. Delegates who invite Taiwanese artists from the Vagabond Festival and Fireball Fest. affiliated lineup can submit marketing promotion proposals for review. Once approved, TAICCA will provide up to USD 5,000 (tax inclusive) per project, for a maximum of 10 projects on a first-come, first-served basis. Detailed guidelines and requirements will be provided to the selected delegates. Priority consideration will be given to those with comprehensive and compliant marketing strategies.
